FlaxMax™ contains the finest source of certified organic flaxseed oil and standardized flax lignans, providing a guaranteed amount of flax’s naturally occurring Lignans, standardized as SDG (secoisolariciresinol diglycoside), at 20 mg per softgel. FlaxMax™ also contains the richest plant sources for essential omega-3 fatty acids, alpha linolenic acid.

Lignans are a special class of phytoestrogens found in unrefined grains, legumes, certain vegetables and seeds. Flax is the richest source of lignans, providing up to 800 times more lignans than most other plant sources.
