Shipping in the Continental U.S.

We ship primarily using UPS or the U.S. Post Office.   
Orders over $75 after discount and under 3# in weight are shipped free .

Orders over $75 after  discount and over 3# weight, will be charged
 the difference between the subsidized free shipping rate ($4.95) and the actual shipping cost.
 

A Handling Charge of $1.75 is added to each order 

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL REFLECT A CHARGE TO The Vitamin Lady at MIDDLE EARTH, Inc.

Next Day Air, Second Day and 3rd Day Select do not qualify for Free Shipping.
Anyone wishing Next Day Air,  click premium shipping. We will adjust for actual cost.
  For 2nd Day or 3rd Select, enter info in Special Instructions and we will calculate at actual cost.
We do not accept COD orders
 

We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and other non-contiguous States via the U.S. Post Office Orders over $75 ( after discount) receive a $4.95 credit towards actual cost. Orders under $75 are shipped actual cost..

Canada is considered abroad!!  See International Shipping below for details.

 

If you refuse an order, we will refund you the purchase price less 10%, but shipping & handling will not be refunded.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost  of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped at actual cost,  which we add  to your total manually. 
These charges do not appear on your computer generated invoice. On your first order, we will contact you via e-mail for approval before shipping.
If your order is over $75, we credit $4.95 towards the shipping cost.
 We do not  ship without insurance and a return receipt.
Orders under $50 are shipped Airmail Parcel Post, insured:  this is not trackable, so you may request Global Express, if you prefer.
Orders over $100 value are shipped Global Express to protect both of us from frustrating disappearances..
NO C.0.D. ORDERS CAN BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY, SORRY!

Please note that you will be responsible for clearing customs.
This means you may have to PAY TAXES AND DUTIES.
We declare all shipments as "Food  Supplements" or "Vitamins"

It is your responsibility to be aware of what is permitted in your country.
Please do not order any items which are prohibited:  we cannot be responsible for items seized by customs!
If your parcel is shipped uninsured and does not arrive, we will not be held responsible.
In the event that your order is returned to us for any reason,
we will credit you for product price
 less a 10% restocking fee.  
If the parcel is lost, we will credit you once the Post office has investigated and reimbursed us.
Any charges for the return of a package will be deducted from that credit.
International shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances

To estimate the cost of your shipment:
1- Calculate the approximate weight of your order considering the product weight (most small bottles weigh app. 1/4 lb)
 take into consideration the weight of the containers (glass can be heavy).
Remember, packaging increase the total weight of your order usually by about 1#.

All we need on the answering machine or in the message is your name, tel. #, and product information,
and any CHANGES (such as address, credit card expiration date)
Your order will be on its way to you the same working day. 
We do not store credit card information:  we access that by looking up the paperwork from your last order number.

If your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an acknowledgment from our system with an Order Number. 
 Should you receive an acknowledgment without a number, please call us at 800 213 4906/800 234 7494,
since it almost certainly means the software has hiccupped, and your order has not gone through.
* A possible reason for this is that the "Payment Method" box was highlighted when you scrolled down the page. 
This changes the selection from "Credit Card" to "Phone/Fax", and the order does not come through to our data base.
