Dr. Singha's Mustard
Rub
after a mustard bath, or after a plain
hot bath. Massage the oil well
into your body. When used as a
therapeutic massage, a hot shower
followed
by a brief cold shower is recommended.
A few drops can also be added to a bath
for your pleasure.

Foot Bath: dissolve 1 large
tblsp of the formua in a bowl of hot
water. Soak for 20 minutes.
Finish with a short cold soak.
Full Bath: add 2 oz to a hot
bath )keep it hot). Relax in the

with a cold shower, dry with a rough
towel, keep warm and relax for best
